Your email must be already verified. To verify your email:

An email will be sent to your email address. Follow the instructions to verify your email.
The email address that you use in your account should be one of yours or for your parent and never for someone else.
Now let’s activate your email for Roblox 2 step verification.
-> Turn on “Email codes to confirm your identity“.
-> Enter your password to verify your account.
Next time that you log in, you will have to enter a 6-digit security code that Roblox will send you via your email.
